Due to Gorgeously Beautiful Products being handmade, all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be give upon receiving an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order but must reported within 24 hours of your order being delivered.If your product is damaged upon arrival, lost, or stolen please file a claim with USPS.

 

Orders are processed from Monday-Friday from 9 AM-4PM PT, and excludes all holidays. 

Processing time takes 2-5 business days before products are shipped. 

 

Edit or Cancel an Order

To edit or cancel an order, please contact us using our contact form or emailing customerservice@gorgeouslybeautiful.com.Please include "Cancel Order" or "Edit Order" in the subject line along with your order number. All cancellations and edits must be done within 24 hours of placing your original order.

 Gorgeously Beautiful products are shipped through USPS First Class and USPS Priority.Any order more than 13 oz will automatically be upgraded to Priority. Gorgeously Beautiful products are shipped to the United States and Internationally.

Gorgeously Beautiful is open Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM PT.

We are closed on all holidays and weekends.
